Reimbursement of expenses. A visiting Lions Club/team can claim back from MD a proportion of the cost of hiring the coach based on the proportion that the 18 members (16 players plus 2 adults) of the team are in relation to the number of seats on the coach. For example, if a 30 seater coach is used then the reimbursement will be 18/30 of the cost. Sell any spare seats on the coach to parents and Lions.
